DESIGN HOUSE SOOHWARIM
The Soohwarim(水花林) means a house in nature made up of 'water', 'flowers', and 'forest'. We would like to present the vitality of nature and the time to take a rest in everyday life to the urbanites who spend their daily lives in a busy downtown.
In the place where you can see the Hwangrak Lake and Kaya Mountain from all sides, we have filled the rich nature with long thinking and delicate touches. Enjoy the space of Soohwarim, and rejuvenate yourself or even more.
FLOWER 1, the theme of flower, is a duplex space decorated with red points. You can enjoy a barbecue on the deck with a beautiful garden facing the lake, and take a relax on the second floor looking Kaya Mountain.

THE FOREST, the theme of tree, is a space decorated and themed with green. The cooking space is separated, and there is an unique room with a 3m-height floor, and nature-opening courtyard and outdoor garden.
Located on Sangwangsan Mountain, Gaesimsa Temple is not large, but it is famous for its unique atmosphere and unique royal cherry blossom trees. There is a path in the forest next to the temple, so it is good to enjoy a walk.
Haemi-eupseong, built in Joseon Dynasty , shows typical era which makes it more meaningful. The cottage you can see when you enter the gate makes you feel like you're going back to the past and traveling through time.
